One-on-One Consultation

Our business philosophy is simple — do the best job you can at a fair and equitable price. Part of doing the best job possible is educating the consumer on our homebuilding process. Our consultations explain to you and all our customers the high quality workmanship and materials we put into each of our homes. Each one of our customers will meet with the President of American Spirit Homes to learn more about what you should look for in a home and a homebuilding company. Following are some of the items we cover in our consultations to help you understand their importance in the home building process:
